Lifestyle Sports – Pour Some Sugar on May

Background/Challenge

Lifestyle Sports wanted to reward staff for coming through a very difficult period post COVID and celebrate being able to come together again in person

Our response

We brought the team of 120 people to Opium in the Botanical Gardens and created a party that delighted the senses, maintaining a joyous, upbeat tempo through the evening.

Execution

‘Pour Some Sugar on May’

A blue theme that ran through the event and accentuated the brand throughout - with a ‘blue carpet’ entrance, blue cocktails, blue balloon installs and backdrops. A digital caricaturist and interactive selfie mirror got everyone in a mood for fun, and DJ Lance West’s set built on that ahead of the company awards ceremony, with the night closing out with a brilliant live performance from Riff Shop.

Results

Out of 120 people invited, we had an attendance of 118 people. Feedback from attendees was that this was the perfect way to celebrate being back together again and acknowledging the efforts that people had made getting through Covid-19.

Client Testimonial

All of our staff had an amazing night at our first in-person event since the beginning of covid with full VIP treatment throughout. From start to finish it was a night filled with fun, Life Style Sports branding, interactive entertainment and dancing. A night to remember for our team!
